What is Excellent processability HIPS? 

Excellent processability HIPS refers to high-impact polystyrene with outstanding processability. It is a modified polystyrene engineering plastic developed on the basis of general-purpose high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) via formula optimization, including the regulation of rubber phase particle size and distribution, as well as the optimization of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the matrix resin. This material not only retains the excellent impact resistance, toughness and dyeability inherent to HIPS, but also achieves superior melt fluidity, molding stability and processing compatibility. It is compatible with mainstream plastic processing technologies such as injection molding, extrusion, blister molding and thermoforming, featuring excellent mold filling performance, minimal batch-to-batch fluctuation and low reject rate during molding. It enables the efficient production of a variety of products with complex structures and high dimensional accuracy requirements.
