What is thermoplastic elastomer pellets?

Thermoplastic elastomer pellets refer to a class of granular thermoplastic polymer materials with both the high elasticity of traditional vulcanized rubber and the excellent processability of thermoplastics. They feature reversible softening and melting upon heating, and can be repeatedly molded and processed via conventional plastic processing technologies such as injection molding, extrusion and blow molding, while retaining superior elastic recovery and flexible mechanical properties at room temperature. As a pelletized finished material, it is directly applicable to industrial production, with adjustable hardness, customizable performance and broad compatibility with other polymers.  It can be classified into a wide variety of types based on different standards, such as Injection molding grade TPE , Blow molding compatible TPE , Co-extrusion TPE , Thermoforming TPE , 3D printing filament TPE , Easy to color TPE , Good flowability TPE , Low processing temperature TPE , Reprocessable (recyclable) TPE.
